Welcome to Dominator Sportfishing!
The Dominator is a 65' charter boat with
a wide 23' beam. Repowered in 2007 with two new MTU Series
60 diesel motors, new fuel tanks,CNC machined propellors,
and rolling chocks, every effort has been made to utilize
state of the art technology to improve your comfort and make
this one of the finest fishing platforms. The Dominator is
commited to continuous improvements and will get you to the
fishing grounds and back quickly and safely.
Using different options, your whole fish will be chilled
using refrigerated sea water. After being filleted your
catch will be moved to the refrigerated only side of the
hold. Your fillets are never sprayed by brine, ensuring a
high quality product for the grill.
The large bait slammer will allow us to always have cured
bait available for the whole season. The bridge on the
Dominator is outfitted with the latest in fish finding and
communications equipment, including a new side scanning
sonar, 2 up and down meters, satelite surface temperature,
integrated plotters and an array of radios.
In the large spacious galley of the Dominator, you will be
served quality food by a friendly cook. The galley has a
monitor that relays sonar and fishing information from the
bridge, TV, DVD player, comfortable seating, and a
char-broiler for great tasting burgers, chicken, fish and
steaks.
Down stairs in the berthing area, you will find some of the
most comfortable accomidations in the fleet. All 30 bunks on
the Dominator are double bunks, which allows you to stretch
out and relax, all in air-conditioned comfort. There are
even privacy curtains on all bunks. The Dominator has two
heads conveniently located at the galley entrance. A
spacious shower with plenty of hot water is also available
for use on all trips.
The Dominator is owned and operated by Captain Frank. With commercial fishing experience ranging from
Seattle to the South Pacific fishing for Albacore, Captain
Frank brings a wealth of knowledge and family tradition of
tuna fishing to the sportfishing field. Having grown up in
the fishing industry, Frank has learned from the best. With a
hand picked professional crew, you can expect the highest in
customer service aboard the Dominator.
The Dominator runs out of Mission Bay Sportfishing,
conveniently located on Mission Bay. With free parking there
is no hassle of dropping off your tackle and trying to find
a parking spot far away.
With new docks, boarding the boat is safe and easy. With the
Bait Receivers in such close proximity to our dock, the boat
will be quickly baited up and ready to go, saving valuable
travel time. |
